Job Description
Develop and implement OD strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
Conduct organizational assessments and recommend improvement initiatives.
Design and optimize organizational structures, job roles, job grading, and competency frameworks.
Lead talent management programs, including succession planning and leadership development.
Manage change initiatives and provide guidance on communication, stakeholder alignment, and change adoption.
Develop and maintain performance management systems (KPIs).
Drive employee engagement programs and support the development of a strong organizational culture.
Analyze HR and organizational data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams on various strategic and operational initiatives.
Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders to support smooth implementation of OD programs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
Preferable 5–7 years of experience in OD/HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong understanding and knowledge of organizational design, competency development, change management, and performance management systems.
Experience with assessment tools and organizational analysis methods.
Excellent communication, analytical, facilitation, and project management skills.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive organizational change.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
